Privacy policy

Music Insight is an editorial website. We do not run an account system, a store, or a membership portal.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, the fields you enter (name, email, topic, message) are transmitted to FormSubmit and delivered to the editorial inbox. Do not send government-identifier documents or health information through that form.

Ordinary hosting and analytics logs may include IP address, user-agent, and the pages requested. We do not invent a richer profile from that.

What we do not do

We do not sell mailing lists. We do not run the old WordPress comment stack. We do not silently subscribe you to a newsletter because you asked a question.

Third parties

FormSubmit processes form submissions. Vercel (or the current host) processes HTTP requests. If those providers’ locations or subprocessors matter to your risk assessment, read their current policies — we will not paraphrase them into a fake guarantee.

Access and deletion

To ask what we hold from a form submission, or to ask that an email be deleted from the inbox we control, write via the contact form from the same address you used. We will not be able to delete copies that exist only in a provider’s backup until those backups expire.
